Processing Time
Orders are shipped via Ukrposhta within 3 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Shipping
Each ceramic piece is packed with great care using our custom protective packaging system created to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, postal service, customs processing, and seasonal delays.
Damaged Items
Although damage during delivery is very rare, if your item is accidentally damaged in transit, we will make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, we will offer to send you a similar replacement piece of your choice completely free of charge.
To resolve the issue quickly, please contact us after delivery and include photos of:
- the damaged item
- the packaging
- the shipping label
