By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities at our discretion.

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped.

5. Shipping

We ship our products worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and shipping carrier.

All ceramic works are packed using protective packaging designed to ensure safe delivery. However, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control may occur.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Custom commissions, made-to-order works, and personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or there is a clear error on our part.

8. Custom Orders

We offer bespoke ceramic commissions and custom-made works. All details of a custom project, including concept, size, materials, timeline, and price, are agreed individually before production begins.

Because custom orders are created specifically for the client, they are generally non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production has started.
