Their smooth silhouettes, wing-like fins, and effortless motion through water make them one of the most fascinating marine animals to transform into ceramic sculpture.

The KUST Ceramic Stingrays Collection brings together handmade ceramic wall lamps and sculptural artworks inspired by the beauty of these extraordinary creatures. Every piece is individually sculpted in our studio in Ukraine, shaped by hand, glazed using carefully selected high-fire ceramic glazes, and fired multiple times to create durable works of art designed to last for generations.

Unlike mass-produced decorative objects, every stingray is created individually. Small variations in texture, glazing, and sculptural details make each piece unique while preserving the organic character that only handmade ceramics can achieve.

Inspired by the Ocean

Our stingray sculptures are not intended to be exact scientific reproductions. Instead, they capture the elegance, movement, and calmness that define these remarkable marine animals.

Their flowing forms naturally translate into ceramic sculpture, making them ideal for contemporary interiors, ocean-inspired spaces, galleries, hotels, restaurants, and private collections.

Each sculpture reflects countless hours of sculpting, refining, glazing, and firing before reaching its final form.

Handmade Ceramic Wall Lamps

Many pieces within the collection also function as ceramic wall lamps.

Light gently escapes through carefully designed openings, emphasizing the sculptural form while creating a soft ambient atmosphere. During the day, each piece functions as a ceramic sculpture. At night, it transforms into functional artwork that brings warmth and depth to any interior.

This combination of sculpture and lighting has become one of the defining characteristics of the KUST Ocean Collection.
